Through her career, Lisa has worked with numerous healthcare and life sciences organizations, leaders, and teams to align around a new strategy, process or program, mobilize change across an organization, and design customized leadership development programs, training sessions, and learning journeys. Lisa understands how leaders shape cultures that drive collaboration and performance. As an ICF PCC-credentialed coach, she has witnessed firsthand the power of coaching to help leaders and organizations grow and thrive. Certified in both the Hogan and EQi 2.0 assessments, Lisa blends data-driven insights with a human-centered approach.
As a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Mount Sinai Health System, Lisa designed and led initiatives that strengthened leadership capabilities, enhanced employee engagement and patient experience, and built inclusive, high-performing cultures. She created and facilitated numerous leadership programs spanning topics including emotional intelligence, psychological safety, delegation, performance management, strategic thinking, and feedback and coaching, and partnered closely with leaders across clinical and administrative domains to translate insight into sustainable behavioral change.
Prior to Mount Sinai, Lisa served as Senior Vice President at The Leadership Development Group, where she led leadership and talent development initiatives for major health systems and global organizations including Atlantic Health System, Palomar Health, Tower Health, and Bristol Myers Squibb. Her work focused on developing physician and executive leaders through evidence-based programs and coaching grounded in business strategy and behavioral science.
Earlier in her career, she held strategic leadership roles at The Kinetix Group, Capgemini, and EY, advising Fortune 500 clients in the life sciences sector on strategy, customer engagement, and organizational performance.
Lisa has presented in numerous conferences including AAPL (formerly ACPE), ACHE, and AHA's Center for Healthcare Governance (for CEOs and Board Members of Health Systems), ACCME, and Harvard's Institute of Coaching. She has also co-authored articles and white papers related to physician leadership development and wellbeing. Publications include “Building leadership capacity among junior faculty: Evaluation multi-level outcomes of a leadership program,” Journal of Clinical and Translational Science (April 2023), “Learning by Doing: Developing Physician Leaders Through Action,” Physician Leadership Journal (Sept/Oct 2015) and “A Call for Physician Leaders at All Levels,” Physician Executive (March 2013). She has also co-authored a poster for the ACPH conference in October 2023, “Creating a Culture of Psychological Safety to Improve Communication and Physician Wellbeing.”
Lisa is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), an ICF-accredited coach training program, and earned her ICF PCC credential.
She holds an MBA/MPH from Emory University and a BS in Human Services from Cornell University.
